Become a GEOA Advertiser or Newsletter Sponsor

The Need

This newsletter is very valuable to our community. It is a great tool for spreading information and announcing upcoming events and sharing information with our fellow election workers throughout the State of Georgia.

The Solution

We have put together an e-mail version of the our newsletter. We will put the newsletter out once a week to the benefit of the whole community sending it to over 500 active e-mail addresses of election workers at the City, County and State levels.

I have offered GEOA.org to our community since 2006 at my own cost. I wish I could afford to do this newsletter free of charge for our community, unfortunately I cannot. The newsletter project would require that I pay someone to put it together every week and the software for sending it out is also not free.

The Cost of Advertising

There will also be two banner ads on each newsletter. One will be embedded in the banner at the top of the page and the other will be below the announcements and directly above the sponsorships. The top banner may be obtained for $75 per week. The lower banner may be obtained for $50 per week. This offer is for a limited time.

The Cost of Sponsorship

We are seeking businesses and organizations with an interest in our community as sponsors for the newsletter. Newsletter sponsorship is just $200 per year.

The Benefits of Sponsorship

We offer each organization that sponsors the GEOA newsletter the following:

1. An article featuring your business or organization on our website (you get prior approval of the article or may submit your own if you are a sponsor).
2. Your business logo with hyperlink (120px by 120px) at the bottom of each newsletter identifying you as a newsletter sponsor. The hyperlink will either point to your website or to the article feature page on GEOA.org
3. Free public announcements in the newsletter and on GEOA.org
4. A banner advertisement on GEOA.org with up to 10,000 views per year (a $240 value).
5. A featured listing in our new online directory.
6. A 40% discount on all our other products or services

This is a great way to help your GEOA and to help your business or organization.

If your business has announcements, they will also be free with a sponsorship.

I have endeavored to make this proposal very beneficial to our supporting businesses and nonprofit organizations. I believe there will be a lot of mutual benefit and that this is a great way to heighten your exposure in our community.

Conclusion

Sponsorship is an opportunity for your business to increase their market share and gain a wider exposure at a very modest cost.

Each week when I walk into the post office, I see flyers from an area business filling the trash cans; that is an incredibly expensive way to drum up business.
